Our driver will arrive at your hotel lobby at the agreed pickup time — typically 15 to 30 minutes before the main group departure, depending on your hotel's position on the route. The driver will be waiting with a sign bearing your name, so there is no confusion at the entrance.
For tours with very early departures (such as the Pamukkale Sunrise Balloon, which begins at 03:30–04:00 AM), we recommend informing your hotel reception the evening before so the front desk can confirm the lobby will be accessible.
There is nothing to pay, tip, or arrange for the pickup itself — it is included in every tour price.
