Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of tours, shore excursions and transfer services by Sundial Travel Agency, TÜRSAB-licensed (#3187), Kuşadası, Aydın, Türkiye. By submitting a booking inquiry or confirming a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations & Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation email from Sundial Travel Agency. Prices are quoted in EUR and are per person unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment

Payment is due on the day of service unless a deposit arrangement is agreed in writing. We accept cash (EUR/USD/TRY) and bank transfer. Card payments may be available — confirm at time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund, no charge.
• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund.

Cruise passengers: if your ship does not call at Kuşadası for reasons outside your control (weather, port closure, ship diversion), you will receive a full refund. Please notify us as soon as you become aware of the ship change.

4. Departure & Timekeeping

Our guides operate on strict schedules. For cruise passengers: our GPS-tracked vehicles guarantee return to ship at least 60 minutes before all-aboard time. However, you are responsible for providing the correct all-aboard time. Sundial Travel Agency accepts no liability for missed embarkation arising from incorrect times provided by the passenger.

5. Health, Safety & Conduct

Guests must inform us of any health conditions, mobility limitations or dietary requirements at time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest whose condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

All guests participate at their own risk. Sundial Travel Agency carries comprehensive third-party liability and passenger accident insurance on all tours. We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure events (earthquakes, strikes, weather, government actions).

6. Photography & Privacy

By participating in a tour, you consent to incidental photography for promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

7. Complaints

Any complaints must be raised with your guide during the tour. Written complaints submitted within 7 days of the tour date will be addressed within 14 business days. Contact: reservation@sundialtravelagency.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aydın, Türkiye.
