Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of tours, shore excursions and transfer services by Sundial Travel Agency, TÜRSAB-licensed (#3187), Kuşadası, Aydın, Türkiye. By submitting a booking inquiry or confirming a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations & Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after Sundial Travel Agency confirms it to you in writing on WhatsApp (to the number you gave in the booking form). Prices are quoted in EUR and are per person unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment

Payment is made in cash only, on the day of the tour, in EUR, USD or TRY. We do not take deposits or prepayments, and we do not accept card payments or bank transfers.

3. Cancellation

• Free cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge. Nothing is paid in advance: you pay in cash on the day of the tour.
• Change of plans: If your plans change, please let us know at least 48 hours before pickup.
• Force majeure (ship reroute, port closure, medical): Free cancellation or free reschedule.

Cruise passengers: if your ship does not call at Kuşadası for reasons outside your control (weather, port closure, ship diversion), we cancel or reschedule your tour free of charge. Please notify us as soon as you become aware of the ship change.

4. Departure & Timekeeping

Our guides operate on strict schedules. For cruise passengers: our GPS-tracked vehicles guarantee return to ship at least 60 minutes before all-aboard time. However, you are responsible for providing the correct all-aboard time. Sundial Travel Agency accepts no liability for missed embarkation arising from incorrect times provided by the passenger.

5. Health, Safety & Conduct

Guests must inform us of any health conditions, mobility limitations or dietary requirements at time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest whose condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

All guests participate at their own risk. Sundial Travel Agency carries comprehensive third-party liability and passenger accident insurance on all tours. We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure events (earthquakes, strikes, weather, government actions).

6. Photography & Privacy

By participating in a tour, you consent to incidental photography for promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

7. Complaints

Any complaints must be raised with your guide during the tour. Written complaints submitted within 7 days of the tour date will be addressed within 14 business days. Contact: reservation@sundialtravelagency.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aydın, Türkiye.
